Is there a product out there that has an integrated tracker dog similar to how does a security dog tag? A plaque is placed on the dog and is subtle. If the dog is lost / stolen and discovered that they can scan the dog and learn the details. However, it is a product that allows the dog to be followed instead of waiting for the dog to be lost / found?

There are collars for hunting dogs which include a GPS tracker. Google "Dog Collar GPS" and you should get some websites.
Just so you know that the tag is simply the number of the microchip injected under the skin behind the neck of the dog. The chip is what is scanned, not the tag.
